2011年10月29日我和香港喜歡歌德次文化、喜歡歌德音樂、喜歡另類音樂的朋友共同創造了一個美麗的歌德回憶
。這個回憶的背後有中國和歐洲的樂隊支持著，每一句鼓勵的說話都令我感到很窩心．
由於時間關係和當天太多事情要打點，小妹拍攝的片段有限，特別是古幽靈 和Valkyrie，如果你有珍貴片段和相片，
請電郵至traum@melodyoflife.org 或燒光碟郵寄至本公司，好讓我們整合更完整的歌德回憶，並且為2012年第二屆香港歌德節準備．

目前香港並無Gothic Scene，我只想在每一年有一個日子讓喜愛歌德次文化的朋友聚聚頭，聽聽歌德或其他另類音樂，
動機就是這麼簡單．
這是去年 (2010年）在萬聖魅影夜(Phantom Halloween Night) 後我與一些朋友的一句戲言而觸發產生的．
當然，今年夏天去德國前是訂為香港歌德日的，但後來偶然參加了德國的M'era Luna Festival二萬多人的歌德節後，
我改變了想法，我希望歌德次文化在香港能立足，我希望我們有一個場地可以包容這種文化．
說實在，我沒有想過搞德國啤酒節，因為我的焦點在音樂藝術文化本質上，當然他們願意贊助可能是另外一回事．
親愛的朋友，節和日在措詞上有些分別，我心中的一個夢想是辦一個讓人記起歌德次文化的節，我也希望是非常大型的，
但如果你是一個搞手，你會明白要攀這個山有多難，特別在香港．
同時，請你們記著歌德純指德國的大文豪是一個狹義，並不是我構思的那一種．
我沒有奢望全世界人明白我，但選擇走一條屬於自己的路，我覺得我會快樂一點．
我從來相信從零開始是不容易的，批評是非常容易的，做卻是另一回事，老實說，我原本也不知道怎樣搞這類型的
音樂活動，我只是順心去做，累積經驗有錯嗎？
德國歌德音樂之旅的片段放在九月第二次宣傳短片裡，只是想轉換一下第一次在七月尾之宣傳短片內容而已，
我心裡也非常盼望歐洲樂隊能來香港，但只有幾星期時間怎樣安排？只好留在日後安排．

音樂(WMA/MP3/MP4)或錄像(WMV)以五分鐘長度為限。
參賽資格：
歡迎 世界各地任何愛好歌德藝術的朋友，以個人或小組名義參加，同時特別歡迎鍾愛音樂的個人及樂隊參加。參賽者需以「我的夢」為主題，融入歌德原素，以視聽藝術形式自由創作。

Ancient Spirit
「古幽靈」樂團成立於1997 年，當時由四位成員組成，包括結他手Tony Law、低音結他手Ringo Tsang、鼓手 Tony Wong及主音Kenny Chan。早期音樂風格偏向Grunge Rock，直至2003年，樂團風格漸漸轉向更重型及更注重編曲。在機緣巧合下遇上前Mask樂團(一九九零年嘉士伯流行音樂節冠軍樂隊）重量級鼓手 Bruce Lau（曾獲嘉士伯流行音樂節最佳鼓手），而鼓手Tony Wong當時對鍵琴深感興趣，轉而負責鍵琴部份，「古幽靈」適時順利重組。
五位成員以嶄新姿態演繹哥德式金屬音樂，近年經常公演，並邀請多位女主音客串演出。而2009年加入女主音Fraise Tam，唱腔獨特並收錄細碟Perfect World，但只與樂團作數次演出，於2010年因私人理由離隊。同年6月女主音Cecilia Tsang加入，唱腔成熟及有豐富演出經驗，與已有樂團成員擦出火花，相信必定為樂迷帶來驚喜。
樂團創作的音樂細膩而層次清晰；歌曲表達的內容有深度，題材多元化，藉著節奏強勁的節拍，對世界的控訴更具震撼力；而其音樂營造的意境，亦讓人有豐富的聯想空間。「實而不華」而重質不重量的「古幽靈」，正積極錄製首張「遲來」的大碟。
Headhunter

Gothic Metal（歌德金屬）
歌德金屬源自歐洲，是九十年代中期以後才開始成形的一支新興重金屬樂派。歌德金屬追求美感、華麗，很多時以交響樂形式演譯，它讓樂迷體驗到原來重金屬音樂也能有如此陰柔和著重營造氣氛的表現方式，為金屬音樂開啟了另一種新的可能性。踏入廿一世紀，歌德金屬逐漸成為歐洲的主流音樂之一。

Our local Gothic Metal band "ANCIENT SPIRIT" is launching its debut concert as a formal group in Hong Kong. The theme of the concert will be "Perfect World". The band depicts dark melancholy with its music, reflecting the yearning for and anticipation of a perfect world, an expression of the wish for the harmonious coexistence of humankind.
ANCIENT SPIRIT
ANCIENT SPIRIT was formed in 1997 as a 4-member group, including guitarist Tony Law, bass guitarist Ringo Tsang, drummer Tony Wong and vocalist Kenny Chan. During their formative years, their style was heavily slanted toward Grunge Rock, and it was not until 2003 that it evolved into a heavier genre with a greater focus on musical composition. Later, in a chance encounter, they met up with drummer Bruce Lau (voted best drummer at the Carlsberg Pop Music Festival), formerlya member of the MASK ("1990 Carlsberg Pop Music Festival & Carlsberg Music Expression" champion band). Around the same time drummer Tony Wong, already deeply interested in the keyboard, decided to move over to take charge of the keyboard section. The result was the timely re-grouping of ANCIENT SPIRIT into a 5-member Gothic Metal music group with an all-new image. The re-energised group has been on frequent public performance tours in recent years, also inviting several female vocalists along for guest appearances. Among these Fraise Tam, the female vocalist who joined ANCIENT SPIRIT in 2009, has not only brought the group the benefit of her unique voice, but has also prompted a refreshing synergy and vitality among the members, much to the enjoyment of the large and growing group of ANCIENT SPIRIT fans.
The creative output of the group is refined and varied, the contents of its songs combining great depth of expression with a range of diverse themes, reinforced by its trademark - a strong rhythmic beat. Consequently, its statement to the world has gained immeasurably in impact, and the evocative metaphors on which the music is built offer fertile ground for the imagination of the audience to flourish on. ANCIENT SPIRIT, as a band that values content over style, and one that aspires to quality not quantity, is actively making preparations for its forthcoming "overdue" debut album.
Gothic Metal
Gothic Metal originated in Europe. It is a new genre of heavy metal music that only came to prominence after mid 90s. Gothic Metal strives for aesthetic appeal and radiance; quite often its music is presented in the form of a symphonic piece, opening new vistas to music fans in demonstrating that heavy metal music can be summoned to provide an ambience of melancholic tenderness, thereby heralding a future of vast new possibilities for metal music. Now at the dawn of the 21st century, Gothic Metal finds itself transformed into a leading player in the musical mainstream of Europe.
JAPANESE
地元が生んだゴシックメタルバンド「エンシャント・スピリット（古幽霊）」が来る香港公演でついに正式なグループとして堂々のデビュー。テーマは「パーフェクト・ワールド（完美世界）」。暗いメランコリーを音で描写し、完璧な美の世界への渇望と期待を反映させながら、調和の取れた人類共存への願いを表現する。

エンシェント・スピリットは1997年、トニー・ロー（ギター）、リンゴ・ツァン（ベース）、トニー・ウォン（ドラム）、ケニー・チャン（ヴォーカル）からなる4人組バンドとして結成。創生期にはグランジロックに深く傾斜し、2003年になってオリジナル曲中心の、更にヘビーなジャンルに展開した。その後、機会を得てMASK（1990年カールスバーグ・ポップ・ミュージック・フェスティバルおよびカールスバーグ・ミュージック・エクスプレッション最優秀バンド）出身の大御所ドラマー、ブルース・ラウ（カールスバーグ・ポップ・ミュージック・フェスティバルでベストドラマー賞受賞）を迎える。同じ頃、既にキーボードに深く傾倒していたドラマーのトニー・ウォンがキーボード担当への転身を決意。こうしてエンシェント・スピリットは全く新しいイメージの5人組ゴシックメタルバンドとしてのタイムリーな再編成をはかる。新しい生命を吹き込まれたバンドは近年活発にコンサート活動を展開しており、更には女性ヴォーカル数人をゲストとして招聘。なかでも2009年エンシェント・スピリットに参加した女性ヴォーカル、フレーズ・タムは、その個性的なヴォイスがバンドのプラス効果となっただけでなく、メンバー間のシナジーとバイタリティをリフレッシュすることで刺激を与えバンドの魅力を倍増、エンシェント・スピリットのファン拡大に大きく貢献した。
クリエイティブなオリジナル曲は精緻で変化に富み、幅広いテーマを扱った深みのある表現を融合させた名曲の数々は、バンドのトレードマークである強烈なリズミックビートで更にパワーアップ。これによって世界に計り知れない衝撃を与え、感情に訴える音楽の比喩は聴く人の想像力をかきたてる豊かな土壌を提供する。そして今、エンシェント・スピリットはスタイルより中身に重点を置くバンドとして、量より質を目指し、発売間近のデビューアルバム「オーバーデュー（遅来）」の準備に余念がない。
ゴシックメタルとは
ヨーロッパで誕生したゴシックメタルは、ヘビーメタルの新ジャンルとして90年代半ばを過ぎてから顕著な存在となる。美的な魅力と光輝を追求するゴシックメタルはシンフォニーの要素を取り入れることも多々あり、ヘビーメタルでありながらメランコリックな柔らかさを呼び起こすことが可能であることを実証して音楽ファンに新しい展望を開き、その結果メタルの新しい可能性を切り開く未来への先駆けとなっている。21世紀の幕明けである今日、ゴシックメタルはヨーロッパのミュージックシーンの主流の中でも代表的な存在へと変貌を遂げている。

Die Gothic Metal Band ANCIENT SPIRIT gibt ihr Debut-Konzert in Hongkong; sie tritt zum ersten Mal in neuer Formation auf. Das Thema des Konzerts ist „die vollkommene Welt“. Die Gruppe beschreibt in ihrer dunklen, melancholischen Musik das Verlangen nach einer besseren Welt, den Wunsch einer harmonischen Koexistenz der Menschheit.
ANCIENT SPIRIT
ANCIENT SPIRIT wurde 1997 von Tony Law (Gitarre), Ringo Tsang (Bass), Tony Wong (Schlagzeug) und Kenny Chan (Gesang) gegründet. Zu Beginn orientierte sich ANCIENT SPIRIT an Grunge Rock. Ab 2003 wechselte die Band das Genre und konzentrierte sich auf musikalische Kompositionen. Die Musiker trafen mit dem Schlagzeuger Bruce Lau zusammen (beim Carlsberg Pop Music Festival als bester Schlagzeuger gewählt), zuvor Mitglied der Gruppe “MASK” (1990 Champion des Carlsberg Pop Music Festivals & Carlsberg Music Expression). Der bisherige Schlagzeuger Tony Wong übernahm die Keyboards. Die neue Fünf-Mann-Gothic-Metal-Band ANCIENT SPIRIT war geboren. In den letzten Jahren absolvierte die Band viele Auftritte und hatte mehrere Sängerinnen zu Gastauftritten eingeladen. Dazu gehörte auch Fraise Tam. Ihre einmalige Stimme, ihre geballte Energie und ihre Vitalität begeisterten die Musiker und Fans gleichermaßen. Seit 2009 ist Fraise festes Mitglied von ANCIENT SPIRIT.
Das kreative Ergebnis der Band ist raffiniert und variantenreich. Die Songs verbinden Ausdruckstiefe mit einer großen Themenvielfalt. Der Name ANCIENT SPIRIT steht für einen starken, rhythmischen Beat. Die Band rückt ihre Botschaft in den Mittelpunkt der Musik. Eindrucksvolle Bilder, auf denen die Musik aufbaut, regen die Vorstellungskraft der Zuhörer an. Für ANCIENT SPIRIT zählt Inhalt mehr als Stil und Qualität ist den Musikern wichtiger als Quantität. Das längst überfällige Debut-Album steht kurz vor der Vollendung.
GOTHIC METAL
Gothic Metal kam ursprünglich aus Europa. Er ist eine neue Spielart des Heavy Metal und entwickelte sich ab Mitte der 90er Jahre. Gothic Metal strebt Ästhetik und Ausstrahlung an. Oft wird die Musik in Form eines symphonischen Stückes vorgestellt. Gothic Metal entführt Musik-Fans in neue Welten und zeigt dabei eine Fülle melancholischer Zartheit. Er bietet neue Perspektiven für die Entwicklung des Heavy Metal. Jetzt, zu Beginn des 21sten Jahrhunderts, findet sich Gothic Metal als neuer Star in der europäischen Musikszene.
